Misty Ann Hudgins is beginning her third year at Carson-Newman as an assistant athletic trainer.

Hudgins earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Union University and her Master's degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Prior to her appointment at Carson-Newman, Hudgins was an Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and the Co-Head Athletic Trainer at Palm Beach Atlantic University. She has also served as the Intern ATC for the United States Naval Academy. She is a member of and certified by the National Athletic Trainers' Association and is a CPR/AED Professional Rescuer and First Aid certified by the American Red Cross.
