Cappadona Named Second Team All-South Atlantic Conference
ROCK HILL, SC – Carson-Newman’s Taryn Cappadona (Kennesaw, Ga.) has been named to the Women’s Tennis All-South Atlantic Conference Second Team, league officials announced today.
The Lady Eagle senior earns All-SAC honors for the third time in her career after playing No. 1 and No. 2 singles and doubles for much of her senior season, leading C-N to a 10-10 record overall.

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. – Mars Hill College won at No. 1 and No. 2 singles to pick up a rain-shortened South Atlantic Conference road win over Carson-Newman on Friday afternoon in Jefferson City, 5-3.
With the win, Mars Hill improves to 10-5 overall and 7-2 in SAC play. C-N falls to 7-2 overall and 2-7 in league play.

Brevard, N.C. - The Tornados swept all three doubles matches as Brevard College beat visiting Carson-Newman College at the McCoy Tennis Complex, 8-1.
The Sunday afternoon victory improves Brevard to 12-5, 5-0 in the SAC, while Carson-Newman falls to 4-7, 0-5 in conference play.
